Refund Policy

We offer a 7-working-day return policy. To request a return for store credit, you must initiate the process within 7 working days of receiving your item. To qualify, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. Please note, we do not issue refunds via cash or credit card; all returns will be processed as a credit note valid for one year.

To begin a return, contact us at info@rudrajewel.com. If approved, the item should be shipped back at your cost within 7 working days. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We take no responsibility for damages incurred during shipping. Kindly inspect your items upon receipt and notify us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please make a video while opening the packaging, as we will require it for verification purposes.

In this case, we will provide a return label and arrange for the item to be collected at no additional cost to you. Goods are considered faulty if damaged upon arrival. Normal wear and tear will not be considered faulty. If you wish to exchange a faulty item, we can replace it with the same product, subject to availability, or issue store credit.


Colors

We strive to accurately display product colors on our website. However, variations in monitor displays mean we cannot guarantee 100% color accuracy.


Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items, or items purchased with a credit note, gift coupon, or promotional offer. Customized products are non-returnable, as they are personalized just for you. If you have any questions about your specific item, please get in touch.
