Free Shipping

Orders are typically shipped and delivered within 7 business days. Customized items may take up to 10 days to ship. Delays due to weather, customs, or couriers are beyond our control.

International Shipping

We ship globally via Aramex, FedEx, or DHL, with fees calculated at checkout. Free shipping is not available for international orders.

Insurance

All orders are insured during transit and require a signature upon delivery. Once signed for, responsibility for the items is transferred to the recipient.

Taxes & Duties

Domestic pre-paid orders receive free Blue Dart shipping. International buyers must cover customs duties and taxes, which vary by country. Domestic taxes are included in product prices.
